Flying robots are used to steal from a jewel exhibit and Lois climbs inside one to try and find where they're coming from. Clark uses his x-ray vision after changing into Superman to find her and wrestles with the robot in the sky, landing on telephone pole lines. He struggles a bit to get free and the robot has reached it master. Lois is put on a platform that moves toward a vat of hot metal. Superman defeats the robots and rescues Lois.
