The mad scientist Dr. Alberto Levin (Alberto Lupo) is working, along with his assistant Monique Riviere (Franca Parisi) in a way to regenerate human cells through radiation. He finds the perfect guinea pig to test his theories: the dancer Jeanette Moreneau (Susanne Loret), who was disfigured in a car crash. But they end up falling in love, what changes Levin's plans completely.
