Seymour Krelboyne (Jonathan Haze) is a shy employee in a flower shop. He buys a strange plant, who starts growing more and more, and calls a lot of attention for the store. But the plant starts showing a ravenous hunger for human flesh, and Seymour has to do his damnedest to feed it, while trying to win the heart of his beloved co-worker Audrey (Jackie Joseph).
